  1. Helsinki on artificial intelligence, 23-24 November 2023
    Close to 60 participants gathered to discuss the challenges caused for workers by the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) in the companies and how trade unions can negotiate and solutions to mitigate negative impacts on workers. A booklet and a study report from Syndex titled "All eyes on AI" were the main deliverables of this event.

  2. Zagreb on training for a just transition, 12-13 March 2024
    This event addressed the urgency to reskill, upskill and train workers to deliver the twin green and digital transition that is rapidly transforming jobs and occupations. The discussions confirmed the massive training and skills needed to transform industry. Also this event attracted some 60 participants. Its main deliverables were a concept note and a training guide.

  3. Istanbul on bargaining for equality, 9-10 October 2024
    The last workshop of this project was held in Istanbul with 45 participants debating bargaining for equality. Trade unionists, experts and practitioners, aimed to enhance their capacities to push for more equal opportunities for disadvantaged groups, women, LGBTQI+, disabled workers and other minorities. A research report was commissioned to provide our affiliates with good practices and recommendations in this field.
