effective trade union coordination will be at the heart of industriAll Europe’s core activities
The 2nd industriAll Europe Congress has elected the new leadership of the organisation and has made a strong political statement on industriAll
Europe's direction in the years to come. IndustriAll Europe's affiliated organisations have adopted a number of key framework documents: the Political Resolution 2016-2020 (DE FR), the Action Plan 2016-2020 (DE FR) and the Motions (DE FR).
From now on, industriAll European Trade Union's actions will be driven by 4 main priorities:
1. Securing the future of European industry & creating jobs
2. Reinforcing solidarity, social policy & collective bargaining for quality jobs
3. Developing effective counter-power vis-à-vis multinational companies
4. Strengthening trade union power & European identity
These priorities mark the continuity of industriAll Europe's actions and a new beginning for the organisation. As a start, industriAll Europe is supporting the campaigns of its UK affiliates to vote for the UK to stay in the EU on 23rd June 2016, date of the UK's forthcoming EU referendum.
